Role Summary and Impact<\/b>
<\/p>

As Senior Manager, Ad Operations, you will lead the\ndevelopment and optimization of monetisation across Xapads Media\u2019s programmatic\nstack, with a focus on Google Ad Manager (GAM 360) and demand integrations.
<\/p>

This role is responsible for managing supply and demand\nrelationships, improving yield performance, and ensuring efficient delivery\nacross app, web, and CTV environments. You will work closely with internal\nteams and external partners to support revenue growth and operational\nefficiency.

    Role Responsibilities<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Manage\n and optimize Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM) and DV360 to support campaign\n delivery and revenue performance
      <\/li>
    • Develop\n and scale monetisation strategies across Open Bidding, header bidding (Prebid.js\n / Server\-side), and direct integrations
      <\/li>
    • Onboard\n and manage demand partners, including SSPs and Amazon TAM integrations
      <\/li>
    • Support\n publisher integrations across web, app, and CTV environments
      <\/li>
    • Create\n and optimize Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), PMP, and Open Auction deals
      <\/li>
    • Manage\n CTV monetisation setups, including SSAI/CSAI workflows, ad pod\n configurations, and OEM integrations
      <\/li>
    • Drive\n yield optimization through floor pricing, UPRs, and demand allocation\n strategies
      <\/li>
    • Monitor\n and improve key performance metrics, including fill rate, match rate, CPM,\n and win rate
      <\/li>
    • Troubleshoot\n delivery and integration issues, including discrepancies, VAST errors, and\n latency challenges
      <\/li>
    • Collaborate\n with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve performance\n and scale operations
      <\/li>
    • Build\n and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to generate actionable\n insights
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Skills and Experience<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • 6+\n years of experience in Ad Operations or programmatic monetisation
        <\/li>
      • Strong\n hands\-on expertise in Google Ad Manager 360 (GAM) and DV360
        <\/li>
      • Experience\n working with SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, and programmatic partners
        <\/li>
      • Proven\n experience with Open Bidding environments (e.g. PubMatic, InMobi, Magnite)
        <\/li>
      • Strong\n understanding of header bidding ecosystems (client\-side and server\-side)
        <\/li>
      • Experience\n in CTV monetisation, including SSAI/CSAI workflows and VAST protocols
        <\/li>
      • Strong\n analytical and problem\-solving skills with a focus on yield and revenue\n optimization
        <\/li>
      • Experience\n troubleshooting delivery issues, discrepancies, and technical integrations
        <\/li>
      • Familiarity\n with IVT and brand safety tools (e.g. Pixalate, HUMAN)
        <\/li>
      • Ability\n to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable\n outcomes
        <\/li>
      • Strong\n communication and stakeholder management skills
