Senior Manager - Adminstration
Administrative Operations:<\/b> Assist in day\-to\-day operations of the administrative department, including office \nmanagement, vendor management, and resource allocation.

Policy Implementation:<\/b> Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and best practices related to \nwarehouse facilities management, health & safety regulations, and operational protocols.

Vendor & Contract Management:<\/b> Lead contracts negotiation, managing relationships with service providers, \nand ensuring compliance with company standards.

Warehouse Facilities Management:<\/b> Support the planning and management of company warehouse facilities, \nincluding housekeeping management, maintenance, and security operations.

Compliance:<\/b> Ensure compliance with all legal and safety requirements across the office facilities and \nadministrative operations. Manage and handle internal and external workplace compliance audits

Team Coordination:<\/b> Coordinate with cross\-functional teams such as IT, HR, and Finance to support business \noperations and ensure smooth functioning.

Stakeholder Management:<\/b> Liaise with key stakeholders (internal and external) to gather requirements, manage \nexpectations, and deliver on administrative commitments. Serve as the primary point of contact for third\-party \nservice providers.

Procurement:<\/b> Work in creating a system of procurement with inherent checks and balances. Will have exposure to \nhigh value procurement.
