  • Lead and develop a team responsible for agency debit memo, agent error, and air loss prevention, fostering accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement

  • Establish and run governance forums to align stakeholders on priorities, investment choices, and trade-offs between cost reduction, recovery, and operational efficiency

  • Own end-to-end agency debit memo and agent error management and prevention, including recovery strategies, controls, governance routines, and scalable operating playbooks

  • Identify systemic loss drivers and build data-backed business cases for product, process, or policy changes that reduce loss at scale

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Finance, and other teams to translate insights into implemented, measurable change

  • Recommend air compensation and related policy updates based on return on investment, operational impact, and performance outcomes

  • Set operating rhythms and performance reporting that track loss reduction, recovery effectiveness, and realized business value

  • Act as a senior leader on air loss topics, bringing sound judgment and a practical, value-focused approach to decision-making

  • Deliver a clear, data-driven view of the biggest air loss drivers and where intervention will have the highest return

  • Deliver a prioritized roadmap of operational, process, and product changes to reduce preventable loss

  • Provide stronger governance for agency debit memo and agent error management, including consistent recoup and prevention playbooks

  • Make decisions to support for compensation and policy changes tied to business performance and return on investment

  • Build a high-performing team with clear ownership, scalable processes, and measurable impact

Experience and qualifications:

  • You have 12+ years of total professional experience, including 7+ years of leadership experience leading managers and operational teams in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

  • You must have experience in airline, air servicing, airline policy, agency debit memo management, or other air-related environments

  • You have led operational, financial, loss, revenue recovery, or quality programs in related service environments

  • You use strong analytical skills to interpret trends, isolate systemic drivers, and convert findings into action

  • You can influence across stakeholder groups and lead governance forums or steering committees
