The Senior Manager / Associate Director \u2013 HR\nis a senior leadership role for an HR professional who wants to build \u2014 not\njust manage. Roles &\nResponsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead the HR strategy end\-to\-end \u2014 from\nworkforce planning and organisational design to succession and long\-term\ncapability building \u2014 ensuring people practices are tightly aligned with\norganisational goals and mission priorities.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning,\nand employer branding to attract, hire, and retain high\-quality, diverse talent\naligned with organisational values and culture.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Design and run performance management systems,\nlearning initiatives, and leadership pipeline programmes that grow individual\ncapability and organisational resilience.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive employee engagement \u2014 including surveys,\npulse checks, and action planning \u2014 to foster an inclusive, values\-driven,\nhigh\-performing workplace where people feel heard and connected to the mission.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure smooth, compliant HR operations \u2014 policies,\nHRMIS, payroll coordination, documentation, and all statutory requirements \u2014\nkeeping systems accurate and audit\-ready.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team; use\npeople analytics to sharpen decisions, track organisational health, and bring\nregular insights to senior leadership for continuous improvement.<\/span><\/span>

Qualifications\n& Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Human\nResources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience\n(depending on level)<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Demonstrated experience leading HR teams,\ndriving strategic HR initiatives, and managing organisational change<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prior experience in NGOs/social sector is a\nplus, but not required \u2014 we value mission\-alignment over sector pedigree<\/span><\/span>
