Senior Manager Capital Markets
You will lead debt funding operations, prepare legal documentation, and provide monthly reporting on metrics while coordinating with partner banks and investors to ensure deal compliance. You will oversee customer account movement through the Master Trust structure, work with engineering to streamline payments, and own portfolio reporting and covenant management. You will assist in acquiring and onboarding new funding partners and manage external relationships to execute funding and operations. You will coordinate securitization readiness of credit card receivables with rating agencies and investors. Telecommuting is permitted.
Responsibilities
- Manage debt funding operations and prepare legal documentation and monthly reporting on metrics with partner banks and investors for deal compliance.
- Manage customer account movement operations including moving account receivables from the issuing bank to the Master Trust structure.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build out processes for managing customer account movement operations and streamline payment activity.
- Develop daily settlement procedures with key stakeholders.
- Own portfolio reporting and covenant management.
- Provide updates on deal triggers and overall portfolio performance.
- Assist in acquiring and onboarding new funding partners.
- Assist in key relationship management and coordinating with external partners to execute funding and operations.
- Develop securitization readiness of credit card receivables including collaboration with rating agencies and investors.
- Execute monthly reporting requirements and quarterly covenant certificates.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Management, Economics or a related field and six years of progressively responsible experience in capital markets, corporate finance, job offered, or related occupation.
- Financial markets, debt and equity instruments, and risk management practices
- Structured finance including asset backed financing/securitization
- Regulated industries such as fintech and banking
- Working with credit card financing
- Assessing market trends and analyzing lending receivables data to inform decision making
- Communicating and negotiating with key stakeholders and external parties
- Regulatory requirements governing capital markets, including SEC and FINRA.
