Senior Manager, Client Partner - Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical (m/f/d)
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Client Partner to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany, in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will manage and grow several key client relationships within the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sector. You will be accountable for portfolio growth, profitability and client satisfaction while partnering with the delivery organization to ensure smooth execution and clear stakeholder alignment. This is a leadership position that combines strategic account management, business development and consultative partnership to help clients address their most critical challenges through EPAM’s technology and digital expertise. Responsibilities Create account strategies across Pharma and MedTech to help clients meet business goals Build strong strategic relationships with senior client leadership across multiple accounts Drive revenue growth by upselling into existing accounts and opening new opportunities with prospective clients Develop strategic account plans that align with clients’ business strategies and support long-term growth Lead RFP responses, develop compelling proposals and deliver high-impact client presentations Stay informed on Life Sciences and MedTech market trends, emerging opportunities and challenges impacting client organizations Shape solutions, define engagement scope and financial forecasts, establish operating models and oversee the handover from sales to delivery Collaborate with EPAM Senior Leadership, BU heads, Solution SMEs and Delivery Leaders to design and execute account strategies Requirements 5+ years of experience managing global accounts with a proven track record in the Pharma or MedTech sector Industry knowledge in one or more areas: Pharma: Research & Early Development, Clinical, Commercialization MedTech: R&D, Digital Ecosystem, Product IT, SaMD Successful track record in large-scale deal negotiations and closure Excellent German and English verbal and written communication skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences or Chemistry Strong decision-making, problem-solving and executive presentation skills Willingness to travel up to 50% based on business requirements
