          • 6\u201310+ years of experience in corporate\ndevelopment, investment banking, private equity, management consulting,\ncorporate strategy, or strategic finance. Strong financial modeling and\nvaluation skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex information into\nclear, actionable recommendations.<\/span>

          • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple\nworkstreams and cross\-functional stakeholders in fast\-paced, high\-ambiguity\nenvironments.<\/span>
