The Senior Manager \- Fundraising will spearhead the\ndevelopment and execution of a high\-impact fundraising strategy to secure\nresources from CSR initiatives, institutional donors, philanthropic\nfoundations, and high\-net\-worth individuals (HNIs). This leadership role\ndemands strategic vision, exceptional relationship management, and the ability\nto drive sustainable financial growth for LAHI\u2019s mission.<\/span>

        Strategic Fundraising Leadership \-<\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p>

        • Design\n and implement an advanced fundraising strategy to achieve annual and\n long\-term financial goals.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Identify,\n cultivate, and secure high\-value funding opportunities from CSR, domestic\n and international foundations, trusts, and HNIs.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Oversee\n and expand relationships with key donors, ensuring exceptional engagement\n and retention.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Monitor\n fundraising performance metrics and provide strategic insights to\n leadership and the board.<\/span>

          Grant Writing & Proposal Excellence \-<\/span><\/span><\/b>

          • Lead\n the creation of high\-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and pitch\n decks tailored to diverse donor segments.<\/span>

          • Collaborate\n with cross\-functional teams (Programs, Finance, M&E, Communications)\n to align proposals with organizational goals and impact metrics.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Ensure\n compliance and timely submission of proposals throughout the grant\n lifecycle.<\/span>

            Corporate & Institutional Partnerships \u2013<\/span><\/span><\/b>

            • Build\n and manage strategic relationships with CSR leaders, institutional donors,\n and funding agencies to secure multi\-year commitments.<\/span>

            • Develop\n and present innovative corporate engagement models, including employee\n volunteering, skill\-based partnerships, and co\-branded initiatives.<\/span>
              <\/span><\/span><\/li>
            • Represent\n LAHI at high\-profile forums, CSR events, and partnership discussions to\n enhance visibility and funding opportunities.<\/span>

              High\-Net\-Worth Individual (HNI) & Major Donor\nEngagement \-<\/span><\/span><\/b>

              • Design\n and execute a comprehensive major gifts program, targeting HNIs, family\n offices, and philanthropists.<\/span>

              • Organize\n bespoke donor engagement activities, such as impact tours and storytelling\n sessions, to foster long\-term relationships.<\/span>
                <\/span><\/span><\/li>
              • Develop\n tailored strategies for legacy giving and endowment funding.<\/span>

                Donor Reporting & Compliance \-<\/span><\/span><\/b>

                • Ensure\n timely, accurate, and compelling donor reports, including financial\n updates and impact assessments.<\/span>

                • Maintain\n a robust CRM system to track donor interactions, segmentation, and\n reporting deadlines.<\/span>

                • Collaborate\n with the Finance team to guarantee fund utilization compliance and\n transparency.<\/span>

                    Requirements<\/h3>

                    Minimum\nQualifications & Experience \-<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
                    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

                    • Minimum 10+ years of\n progressive experience in fundraising, business development, or donor\n relations, preferably in the non\-profit/social sector.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                    • Proven track record of\n securing large grants (CSR, institutional, or international funding) and\n managing high\-value donor relationships.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                    • Experience in corporate\n fundraising, HNI engagement, and grant writing with a demonstrable success\n rate.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
                      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                    • Prior leadership experience\n in managing and mentoring fundraising teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
