  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on learning, capability and workforce development

  • Lead the prioritisation and delivery of key capability pathways, ensuring they are commercially relevant, compliant and continuously improved

  • Oversee core L&D processes and performance reporting, ensuring strong governance, compliance and clear data and insights to support decision-making

  • Shape investment cases and strategic recommendations to support the ongoing growth and maturity of BDO’s L&D function

  • Support the introduction of innovative approaches to learning and capability uplift, including the use of AI

  • Lead the L&D team, building capability and a high-performing, collaborative culture across the function

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior L&D or capability role, with strong exposure across learning strategy, design and delivery

  • Experience leading enterprise or large-scale learning initiatives, ideally within a professional services, partnership or complex environment

  • Strategic and pragmatic, with the ability to translate direction into practical, high-impact delivery

  • Experience leading teams and driving capability within an L&D function
