\n Key Responsibilities

\n 1. Strategic Alignment & Analytics
\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/div>\n
\n ● Establish a metric\-driven learning ecosystem to capture key growth milestones.
\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/div>\n
\n ● Able to Demonstrate the products themselves and act as a demo specialist
\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/div>\n
\n themselves. For leads generated, from inside sales.

\n ● Defend L&D program metrics to justify the departmental budget to executive
\n <\/div>\n

\n ● Conduct comprehensive, multi\-city Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI), including

\n <\/div>\n

\n ● Introduce a continuous, systematic learning calendar with regular program rollouts
\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/div>\n
\n throughout the year.

\n ● Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) platform to upgrade

\n <\/div>\n
\n curriculum and enhance learner engagement.

\n 2. High\-Impact Learning & Instructional Design

\n ● Design and deploy immersive, virtual, asynchronous, and self\-pacing learning

\n programs utilizing state\-of\-the\-art authoring tools.

\n ● Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and clear primary tracking mechanisms.
