Strategic Logistics Management:<\/b> Oversee the day\-to\-day functioning of the logistics department, ensuring all \nfirst, mid, and last\-mile operations align with company and client SLAs.

Carrier Partner Strategy<\/b>: Identify and prioritize high\-performing carrier partners for critical shipments; manage \ncarrier relationships to ensure delivery alignments even during peak seasons or disruptions.

Advanced Problem Resolution:<\/b> Serve as the final point of escalation for complex logistics issues, shipping \ndelays, and transportation disruptions, and preventing recurrence.
<\/div>
Customer Success & SPR Mastery<\/b>: Lead the preparation and presentation of Monthly Service Performance \nReports (SPR) for key accounts; facilitate high\-level discussions with customers to identify areas for improvement \nand service expansion.
<\/div>
Process Optimization:<\/b> Design and implement robust systems for shipment tracking and TMS (Transport \nManagement System) updates to ensure 100% data transparency for both internal teams and consignees.
<\/div>
Risk Mitigation<\/b>: Proactively identify potential in\-route challenges and develop contingency solutions to maintain \nagreed TAT (Turnaround Time) and minimize breach of SLAs.
<\/div>
Cross\-Functional Leadership<\/b>: Collaborate with the Warehouse, IT, and Finance teams to streamline booking \nmanagement, documentation, and automated reporting.
<\/div>
Team Mentorship<\/b>: Lead and develop a team of logistics executives/assistant managers, fostering a culture of high \naccountability.

Requirements<\/h3>
Ability to generate and interpret complex MIS reports and logistics data to drive informed business decisions.
<\/div>
Expert familiarity with Fleet Management Software, TMS, and real\-time tracking systems (e.g., GPS, SIM\-based \ntracking).
<\/div>
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/
<\/div>
Proven ability to remain calm and decisive in a fast\-paced environment, resolving carrier/consignee disputes \neffectively.
<\/div>
Experience in managing expectations for large enterprise clients and building long\-term trust.

Qualifications:
<\/div>
4+ years of experience in Operations and Logistics. Preferably in the Supply Chain industry.
<\/div>
MBA in Operations from a top business school.
