Senior Manager – Maintenance Operations

Aout the Role**:

We are looking for a skilled **Mechanical Engineer** to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery and equipment in various projects . The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that machines are installed and commissioned efficiently, safely, and according to the company\u2019s and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

\- **Project Planning & Execution**:
<\/p>

\- Lead and execute the mechanical installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment for projects.
<\/p>

\- Prepare detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
<\/p>

\- **Installation & Commissioning**:
<\/p>

\- Supervise the installation of machines, ensuring proper alignment, assembly, and calibration.
<\/p>

\- Commission machinery and perform test runs to ensure they meet performance specifications.
<\/p>

\- Troubleshoot any issues during the installation and commissioning phases.
<\/p>

\- **Coordination with Teams**:
<\/p>

\- Coordinate with project managers, electrical engineers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
<\/p>

\- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to oversee the delivery and installation of equipment.
<\/p>

\- **Technical Support & Maintenance**:
<\/p>

\- Provide technical support during the operational phase by diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues with installed machinery.
<\/p>

\- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machines to ensure optimal performance.
<\/p>

\- **Documentation & Reporting**:
<\/p>

\- Maintain proper records and documentation of the installation and commissioning processes.
<\/p>

\- Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and maintenance logs.
<\/p>

\- **Safety & Compliance**:
<\/p>

\- Ensure that all installations comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
<\/p>

\- Ensure machinery and equipment are compliant with industry regulations and standards.
<\/p>

\- **Training & Handover**:
<\/p>

\- Provide training and guidance to operators and maintenance teams on machine operation and safety procedures.
<\/p>

\- Handover the completed project to the operations team with detailed instructions for proper use and maintenance.
<\/p>

#### **Qualifications**:
<\/p>

\- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
<\/p>

\- 5 years of experience in machine installation, commissioning, and maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
<\/p>

\- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machine design, and industrial equipment.
<\/p>

\- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
<\/p>

\- Hands\-on experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
<\/p>

\- Proficient in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
<\/p>

\- Familiarity with project management and scheduling software.
<\/p>

\- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
<\/p>
