This is a rare leadership\nopportunity for a visionary MEL professional to build and drive the evidence\nbackbone of one of India's most impactful skill education organizations. As the\nSenior Manager of MEL, you will be directly responsible for shaping how we\nmeasure, understand, and amplify our impact as we scale to reach 1 million\nstudents annually by 2028. You will report directly to the Founders, lead a\npan\-India team, and have a platform to influence policy and practice at the\nnational level.<\/span>

Design comprehensive M&E frameworks for multi\-state skill education programs and champion the integration of innovative solutions, including AI, to establish MEL as a key competitive advantage for LAHI.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Team Leadership & Development: <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

Lead, mentor, and grow a high\-performing team of 15+ MEL professionals across various specializations (Quality Monitoring, MIS, Evaluation, Outcomes).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Minimum Qualifications &\nExperience:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
Master's\n degree in Development Studies, Economics, Statistics, Social Research, or\n related field<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
10\-12\n years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning with minimum 5\n years in leadership roles<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Expertise\n in Managing MIS and/or technology<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Proficiency\n in data analysis tools (R, Python, SPSS) and visualization platforms\n (Power BI, Tableau)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Demonstrated\n ability to lead and inspire diverse, multi\-location teams<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
