Senior Manager of Compensation
You will partner with business leaders to guide compensation decisions and tradeoffs. You will turn compensation data into clear insights that drive decisions. You will use multiple data sources to build and maintain competitive salary bands and equity ranges. You will help managers and employees understand how compensation works and you will support executive compensation strategy.

- Help managers and employees understand how compensation works clearly and simply
- Partner on executive compensation strategy, including benchmarking and equity programs
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-growing tech company, preferably with international employees.
- Ability to translate market data into compensation strategies that fit the company.
