You will play a key role in driving service transformation initiatives, supporting new healthcare facility developments, and enhancing care delivery models through process improvement, digital adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee service transformation and operational improvement initiatives within a healthcare setting
  • Drive strategic planning and execution of programmes aimed at enhancing patient experience, service delivery, and operational efficiency
  • Support initiatives focused on patient activation, self-help, and self-care through innovative care delivery models
  • Manage projects related to new and redeveloped healthcare facilities, including workflow planning, service design, operational readiness, and commissioning activities
  • Coordinate and track project milestones across areas such as manpower planning, IT implementation, equipment procurement (FFE), facility setup, testing, and operationalisation
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of transformation initiatives and effective change management
  • Develop and monitor workplans, KPIs, and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement outcomes
  • Support healthcare transformation efforts through process optimisation, digital adoption, workforce transformation, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Contribute to community health and preventive care initiatives aligned with evolving healthcare models and population health needs
  • Lead, mentor, and guide teams/workgroups to achieve operational and strategic objectives


Requirements

  • Min. Degree in any discipline
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in areas such as healthcare operations, service transformation, process improvement, project management, operational excellence, healthcare technology, quality, or patient safety
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma / PMP / IHI will be advantageous
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Prior experience in healthcare transformation or operational improvement initiatives will be advantageous
