          The Senior Manager, Outside\nPlant (OSP) Construction will be responsible for leadership and oversight for\nall aspects of Outside Plant construction activities across Ziply\u2019s territory.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          Project Oversight & Execution<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

          • Accountable for the staffing, budgets\n (capital/expense), schedules and compliance associated with OSP\n construction projects, along with the safety and quality of work\n performed.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Oversee the development, coordination, and\n execution of project schedules with contractors, property management,\n customers, vendors, internal stakeholders, municipalities, and government\n agencies.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Oversee all phases in the bidding,\n negotiation, and approval of construction contracts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

            • Size the contractor workforce for the future\n to support the build types/programs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

            • Align the internal and external construction\n teams with the Engineering Teams to drive more efficiencies, shorten\n project durations and reduce change request.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

                    Required Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

                    • High school diploma or GED.<\/span><\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li>
                    • Minimum of ten (10) years of OSP experience,\n including splicing and construction.<\/span><\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li>
                    • Minimum of five (5) years leadership/people\n management experience.<\/span><\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li>
                    • Experience managing budgets.<\/span><\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li>
                    • Advanced understanding of fiber splicing and\n installation practices, proper safety construction practices and network\n topology.<\/span><\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li>
                    • Advanced understanding of the permitting\n process for railroad, DOT, cities, counties, and pole owners.<\/span><\/span>
                      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
