Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Paralegal Shared Services to help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
Lead and manage a centralized team of paralegals, delivering consistent, scalable, and high-quality legal support across multiple practice areas.
Oversee workload allocation, service levels, and quality of work product, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with legal and business objectives.
Serve as the primary coordination point for paralegal support across the legal function, partnering closely with attorneys and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Legal Operations, IT, and Compliance teams to optimize tools, processes, and adoption of new systems and workflows.
Drive operational excellence through process improvement, data discipline, and building high-performing teams in a shared services environment.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred.
10+ years of relevant paralegal experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within a corporate or public company environment.
Deep knowledge of corporate paralegal functions, including governance, entity management, contract lifecycle support, and compliance documentation.
Proven ability to lead teams, optimize operations, and manage service delivery in a shared services or matrixed environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills with a focus on accuracy, process discipline, and continuous improvement.
It’s a bonus if you have
Experience implementing or optimizing legal tools and document management systems.
Track record of driving process improvements and operational transformation within legal or shared services teams.
Experience supporting global teams and collaborating cross-functionally in a large organization.
