Senior Manager, Partner Sales Enablement

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.   • Drive a comprehensive partner sales enablement strategy that aligns with Google’s growth objectives and partner needs.
  • Design modern, high-impact learning strategies that delight our partners.
  • Establish strong trust with external partner stakeholders; deeply understand their ecosystems, identify areas for improvement, and fiercely advocate for their success internally.
  • Develop and track KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness, assess partner readiness, and drive continuous optimization across all learning tracks.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams like Google Cloud Business Enablement and Partner Technical Enablement, you will the development and delivery of global learning experiences—including on-demand programs, interactive webinars, sales credentials, and localized resources—to ensure partners can effectively communicate the value of Google solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, or sales training within the cloud computing or technology sector.
  • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and learning technologies to build and automate global training initiatives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and other business teams to execute programs.
  • Experience as a people manager.

  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a broad set of stakeholders in a changing and rapidly growing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving organization growth through building skills and innovative programs.
