ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Melbourne-based Senior Manager, Platform Operations to step into a new leadership role within our Technology team. In this role, you’ll shape the future of our core enterprise platforms—driving value, reliability, and innovation across systems that power our organisation. You’ll hold primary accountability for CRM, HRMS, Finance and other shared corporate platforms, while partnering on the supporting cloud capabilities that underpin them, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and fit for purpose.
Your work will create the foundation that enables product teams, business units, and partners to deliver brilliant customer, employee, and operational experiences.
Reporting to the Head of Platform & Operations, you will:
Lead the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and roadmap for enterprise platforms including HRMS, Finance, CRM, Cloud and other shared corporate systems, defining value, setting priorities, and aligning outcomes to organisational goals.
Provide strategic leadership across enterprise platforms, ensuring they are secure, resilient, scalable, and well governed, while driving service maturity, standardisation, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the evolution of enterprise platforms by aligning to architecture standards and partnering with business leaders to prioritise meaningful enhancements.
Shape and maintain platform roadmaps, prioritising high value initiatives and technical uplift, and ensuring all work is clear, outcome focused, and delivered to a high standard.
Lead and develop platform leaders, setting clear expectations and fostering strong accountability and performance across teams and partners.
Drive continuous improvement in platform reliability, performance, cost efficiency, and service quality through strong operational partnerships and robust standards.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the successful Senior Manager, Platform Operations you will have:
8–12+ years in senior platform or technology leadership roles within complex enterprises.
Proven leadership of major enterprise platforms (CRM, HRMS, Finance, or similar).
Good knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms, with the ability to apply them effectively to support enterprise systems and business outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to shape and deliver platform strategies and roadmaps aligned to organisational outcomes.
Strong people leadership and stakeholder influence across technical teams and delivery partners.
Commercially savvy, outcome focused, and skilled at balancing business enablement with platform stability, security, and scalability.
