Job Responsibilities :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Program Management to lead strategic execution across our AI organization. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional programs spanning AI capability development, product delivery, platform engineering, cloud services and AI Data Engineering. The successful candidate will establish and operate the execution framework that enables multiple AI initiatives to move from concept to production at scale. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional collaboration between product management, engineering, AI, platform teams and executive leadership, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into measurable outcomes.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring smooth execution across multiple AI initiatives.
- Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication of AI program objectives, while managing interdependencies
- Partner with engineering, product management, and business leaders to align AI initiatives with company goals.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Work closely with AI teams, data scientists, software developers, marketing and PR teams to manage project lifecycles.
- Ensure AI models and products are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Own and continuously improve the AI organization's operating rhythm, such as program reviews, release planning and dependencies management
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI initiatives.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effective AI solution implementation.
- Establish scalable program management practices to improve planning predictability and execution effectiveness.
Pre-Requisites :
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in AI, data science, or software development.
- Proven track record of leading complex AI/ML initiatives in a fast-paced environment of a technology company and/or game studio
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle management, and cloud-based AI deployment.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, SageMaker, TensorFlow Serving, etc.)
- Background in AI-driven product development or AI/ML software engineering.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading executive-level planning and reporting processes.
- Ability and willingness to learn any new technologies and apply them at work in order to stay ahead, in a fast paced, high pressure, agile environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
Education & Experience
- Has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, AI, Business Management, or a related field from an accredited institution
Travel Requirements
- Role based in Singapore office and may require up to 1 travel trip per year.
