Senior Manager (Research) / 1 year contract

Responsibilities:

• Snr Mgr (Research) will be working with tertiary institutions and research institutions, to conduct applied research in relevant areas, particularly in Human Factors Engineering (HFE). He/she will use the research findings to develop design parameters for new platforms and upgrade existing platforms.
• Conduct research on relevant areas, particularly in Man-Machine Interface (MMI) and Cognitive Task Analysis
• Derive live-virtual training mix for platform training

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen
• At least five years of relevant experience in Human Factor Engineering/STEM and related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Factor Engineering/STEM related studies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office softwares
• Excellent staff writing abilities
• Past experiences in collaborating with industry partners for research and testing
