主要职责
中国区 Revenue Enablement 团队负责提升中国区销售团队的商业能力、产品理解和销售效率。通过销售培训、内容建设、流程优化、AI 工具应用和跨部门协作,帮助销售团队更好地理解客户需求,传递 Airwallex 产品价值,并推动重点产品和商业项目落地。
该岗位将重点参与 AI-native 销售赋能体系建设,把 AI 工具、知识库、销售内容和业务流程结合起来,提升销售团队获取信息、准备客户沟通、沉淀最佳实践和复制成功经验的效率。
1. 开发和实施销售赋能计划:
- 设计并执行中国区销售赋能策略,包括培训、销售工具、知识库、销售流程和最佳实践
- 帮助销售团队快速理解 Airwallex 产品、客户场景和核心价值主张
- 建立可复制的销售方法和赋能机制,提升销售团队的效率和业务表现
2. 推动 AI 赋能和销售效率提升:
- 探索并落地 AI 在销售赋能中的应用,包括产品知识问答、销售材料生成、客户场景分析、培训内容整理和销售辅导
- 与业务团队合作,将分散的产品信息、客户案例、FAQ 和销售经验沉淀为可复用的 AI-ready 知识资产
- 持续评估 AI 工具输出质量和使用效果,帮助销售团队更高效、更准确地获取信息和准备客户沟通
3. 销售培训和新人培养:
- 开发和协调定期销售培训,覆盖产品知识、市场趋势、客户案例、销售技巧和常见异议处理
- 为新员工设计并执行 onboarding 计划,帮助其快速熟悉产品、销售流程和商业场景
- 将线下培训、线上材料、录播内容、AI 知识助手和自助学习资源结合,提升培训覆盖和复用效率
4. 内容、工具和知识体系建设:
- 创建、管理和优化销售材料及工具,如销售演示、产品手册、案例研究、FAQ、销售话术和竞争分析
- 与产品、市场和销售团队合作,确保销售内容准确、清晰、易用,并能支持实际销售场景
- 结合 AI 工具提升内容生产、知识整理、信息检索和销售支持效率,让 enablement 内容可以持续更新和规模化复用
5. 支持重点产品和 GTM 项目:
- 参与重点产品发布和 go-to-market 项目,协助梳理目标客户、使用场景、销售切入点和商业价值
- 推动产品、市场、销售和运营团队之间的信息同步,确保销售团队及时获得最新市场信息和产品更新
- 跟踪销售团队对培训、材料、AI 工具和销售流程的使用反馈,持续优化赋能方式
6. 跨部门协作:
- 与 Sales、Product、Product Marketing、Strategy、Operations 等团队紧密合作,推动销售赋能项目落地
- 作为不同团队之间的连接点,确保信息传递清晰、责任明确、执行顺畅
## 任职要求
1. 3 年以上销售赋能、GTM、产品营销、销售运营、客户管理或相关岗位经验
2. 具备较强的学习能力,能快速理解复杂产品、客户场景和商业模式
3. 具备优秀的沟通和跨部门协作能力,能够与销售、产品、市场和运营团队有效合作
4. 能够将复杂信息转化为清晰、实用的销售内容、培训材料和销售工具
5. 熟悉主流 AI 工具,并能在实际工作中使用 AI 提升内容生产、知识管理、信息检索、问题拆解和销售支持效率
6. 能够判断 AI 输出的准确性、适用场景和风险边界,而不是只把 AI 作为简单文案工具
7. 熟悉销售流程、销售工具或 CRM 系统,有销售自动化、知识库或 AI 工作流使用经验优先
8. 具备良好的项目管理能力,能够同时推进多个赋能项目和培训计划
9. 中英文沟通熟练,书写能力优秀
