Roles and Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop medical coding teams to achieve performance goals.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

<\/p>

Coding Compliance: Ensure adherence to ICD\-10, CPT, HCPCS, and other regulatory standards.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Quality Assurance: Implement audits and reviews to maintain coding accuracy and reduce errors.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Process Improvement: Drive efficiency through automation, workflow optimization, and best practices.<\/span><\/span>

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, billing teams, and compliance officers.<\/span><\/span>

Candidate Profile:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/span>

15+ years of experience in medical coding, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Strong expertise in ICD\-10, CPT, HCPCS, and DRG coding systems.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Proven track record in people management and team handling.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Certification such as CPC, CCS, or equivalent preferred.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
