Senior Manager, Solutions Architect

You lead and develop the APAC Solutions Architecture team and drive technical excellence across pre and post sales You provide hands on support for key accounts coach the team collaborate with Engineering to gather product feedback and develop repeatable plays You track performance and contribute to org planning and recruitment

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an APAC Solutions Architecture team
• Ensure technical excellence across pre and post sales
• Provide hands on support for key accounts including presentations architecture reviews and migration plans
• Oversee and coach SA engagement on strategic accounts and critical deals
• Partner with engineering to provide product feedback from the field
• Develop repeatable plays from trends across the team
• Track and report SA performance to Sales and Field Engineering leadership
• Own org planning budgeting and regional recruiting

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture Engineering Sales Engineering or Technical Pre sales
• At least 2+ years in a leadership position
• Strong background in web technologies Next.js React Node.js APIs cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to lead coach and scale technical teams in a high growth environment
• Experience with enterprise and commercial customers across diverse industries
• Strong understanding of modern software development workflows CI/CD DevOps frontend frameworks
• Experience collaborating with Sales Product and Engineering teams to drive customer success
