Sports Marketing, Senior Manager
We're looking for a bold sports marketing leader to architect campaigns that break culture. You'll work with iconic properties like Arsenal and more, build moments that define what fans care about, and deliver the hard numbers that prove creative ambition pays off.
What You'll Actually Do
Own the Strategy
Architect the complete sports marketing playbook. Lead cross-functional teams across brand, digital, content, and hospitality. Every decision drives revenue and cements partnerships.
Build Cultural Moments
Conceive and execute integrated campaigns across digital, events, and media. Work directly with talent and agencies to build moments that trend, resonate, and drive measurable fan growth.
Run Partnerships
Oversee premium brand partnerships and sponsorships across sports and hospitality. Set commercial targets, deliver authentic ROI, and build partnerships that become the gold standard.
Measure Everything
Build dashboards that track revenue, fan acquisition, engagement, brand lift, and partnership performance. Use real-time data to optimize relentlessly and prove marketing drives the business.
You Have
10+ years in sports marketing, hospitality marketing, brand marketing, or entertainment
Track record of driving revenue through partnerships and campaigns
Leadership experience managing teams and stakeholders
Deep understanding of sports culture, fandom, and hospitality experiences
Experience working with talent, agencies, and creative partners

Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.
Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion.
Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
