Senior Manager – Talent AcquisitionThe incumbent will lead strategic hiring initiatives across the organization, partnering closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire high-caliber talent. The role is responsible for driving leadership and niche hiring, ensuring operational excellence in recruitment, and delivering a superior candidate experience while supporting the organization's diversity and growth objectives.

Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with business leaders to understand current and future talent requirements.

  • Develop proactive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans.

  • Build talent pipelines for critical and emerging skill areas to support long-term organizational growth.

  • Drive innovative sourcing initiatives through job portals, social media, industry networks, and leadership hiring campaigns.

  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience across all hiring touchpoints.

Leadership & Niche Hiring

  • Hiring for senior leadership, critical, and specialized roles across functions.

  • Implement robust assessment and selection frameworks to ensure quality hiring decisions.

  • Ensure strong stakeholder alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Recruitment Operations & Excellence

  • Drive best-in-class recruitment processes with a focus on speed, quality, compliance, and candidate experience.

  • Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics including Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire, and Cost-per-Hire.

  • Leverage recruitment technologies and analytics platforms (e.g., Workday) to enhance efficiency and reporting.

  • Standardize processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted talent advisor to business and functional leaders.

  • Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitive benchmarking to support hiring decisions.

  • Influence and drive decision-making through data-backed recommendations.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

  • Champion diversity hiring initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

  • Track and report diversity metrics and implement targeted actions to improve representation.

  • Foster inclusive hiring practices and mitigate bias throughout the recruitment process.

Vendor & Channel Management

  • Manage relationships with search firms, recruitment agencies, and external talent partners.

  • Evaluate sourcing channels for effectiveness and optimize investments to maximize ROI.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs.
