Job summary<\/b>
<\/p>

Support and supervise all in\-house manufacturing activities\nto enable faster new product development and enhance the productivity of\nexisting parts. This role provides opportunities to introduce and implement\nbest manufacturing practices, creating value for both self and the\norganization. Requirements<\/h3>

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manufacturing\n& Process Planning:<\/b>
<\/p>

Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Defined\nmanufacturing processes/operations for machined components by interpreting\ndrawings with respect to GD&T and tolerances.
<\/p>

Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Generated\nCNC programs using CAM software, and released supporting documentation (process\nsheets, tool lists, program sheets) to the development team.
<\/p>

Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Developed\nFA (First Article) parts within specified time frames and handed them over to\nproduction.
<\/p>

Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provided\ninputs to the process engineering team for stage drawing preparation, validated\nstage drawings as per final requirements.

Education\n& Experience:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Education:<\/span><\/b> Diploma\n(Polytechnic/NTTF/GTTC) or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 8\u201310 years\nof manufacturing experience, preferably in the aerospace industry or low\-batch\nproduction environment.<\/span>

Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience:<\/span><\/b> Minimum\n3\u20135 years of strong experience in CNC programming using NX, Solid CAM, or\nMaster CAM. (NTTF and GTTC candidates will have an added advantage.)<\/span>

Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Hands\-on expertise in programming 3, 4, and 5\-axis parts\nwith controllers such as Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Haas, Siemens, WinMax (Hurco), and\nHeidenhain.<\/span>

Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in process mapping for machined parts and\nfixture design.<\/span>
<\/p>

Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong knowledge and application of GD&T (Geometric\nDimensioning & Tolerancing).<\/span>

Ø <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Sound understanding of inspection methodology and use of\nappropriate quality tools/instruments<\/span>
