The role is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and interpreting user behavior across GM´s web platforms using advanced tools like Adobe and Medallia. Through data-driven insights and experimentation, the analyst will help enhance customer experience, support business goals, and contribute to site performance improvements.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOmnichannel Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all online (web analytics, SEO/SEM, paid media, social, email) and offline (dealership traffic, events, print, TV, radio) marketing channels.Funnel & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze the complete customer journey from initial awareness to dealership visit and final vehicle sale, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.Lead Lifecycle Management: Monitor lead volume, quality, and conversion rates from digital vehicle configurators and landing pages to CRM systems, ensuring seamless routing and follow-up by the dealer network.Web & Digital Analytics: Oversee web analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics) to monitor user behavior, traffic sources, and digital engagement with GM’s online platforms.Offline-to-Online Attribution: Establish and refine attribution models to measure the impact of offline marketing campaigns (events, roadshows, TV, OOH) on digital traffic, lead generation, and physical dealership sales.Data-Driven Growth Experiments: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments across digital touchpoints (landing pages, ad creatives, email flows) to continuously improve conversion and user acquisition.ROI & Budget Allocation Analysis: Evaluate the cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and overall return on investment (ROI) of various marketing campaigns to guide strategic budget allocation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, dealer relations, and agency partners to align growth marketing strategies with dealership sales targets and vehicle inventory levels.Reporting & Business Intelligence: Build and maintain automated dashboards (using tools like Tableau or Power BI) to provide real-time visibility into marketing performance for stakeholders and leadership.Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, MIS, or a related field.· 3+ years in Data Analysis· 1+ years in data analysis and Test & Learn or experimentation roles.· Strong command of Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Analytics, Target, Audience, Launch).· Proficient in MS Office, debugging tools, and digital communication platforms.
