Senior Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

To effectively manage the Marketing functions of assigned brands:

Plan and Execute Marketing Strategies

  • Develop and run marketing campaigns to promote products or services.

  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company’s goals.

Manage and Enhance Brand Identity

  • Keep the brand's image consistent and strong across all platforms.

  • Ensure all content and messaging reflects the brand's values.

Conduct Market Research

  • Study market trends and customer preferences to guide marketing efforts.

  • Analyze data to improve future campaigns and brand strategies.

Create and Oversee Content

  • Manage the creation of marketing content, including social media, ads, and blogs.

  • Work with designers and writers to produce content that fits the brand.

Handle Digital Marketing

  • Manage online marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns.

  • Engage with audiences online to boost brand awareness and loyalty.

Coordinate Public Relations

  • Promote the brand through media and partnerships.

  • Organize offline events, roadshows and work with influencers to enhance brand visibility.

Manage Budgets

  • Oversee the marketing and branding budget to ensure cost-effective strategies.

  • Adjust spending as needed to maximize impact.

Collaborate with Teams

  • Work with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and strategy.

  • Lead or guide junior staff if needed.

Handle any ad-hoc marketing projects as assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant studies

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience for B2C

  • Hands-on knowledge of social media, WordPress, Google Ads, is preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Creative, flexible with an eye for details
