Senior Marketing & Lead Generation Executive
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Own B2B Lead Generation initiatives for the US market.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Plan and Execute email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach,\nwebsite lead funnels, and CRM driven follow\-ups.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Track, Qualify and hand over sales\-ready leads to US sales teams.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Communicate directly with US customers via calls, Zoom/Teams,\nemail & LinkedIn and Act as a professional extension of the US\nmarketing team.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Work closely with US Stakeholder, participate in strategy\ndiscussions and weekly reviews meeting with US leadership.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Create marketing content using AI based tools (emails, LinkedIn\nposts, website content, case studies), Tools may include but not limited to\nChatGPT/Claude, Canva/gramma/Jasper, AI video and voice tools.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure all content is US\-market relevant, professional, and\nconversion\-focused.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, including lead\nsources, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare and share weekly and monthly performance reports with US\nstakeholders.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>5+ years\u2019 experience in marketing, lead generation, or B2B\ncustomer engagement.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Comfortable speaking with US customers and senior leadership.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience working in US or international time zones.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, CRM systems,\nLinkedIn outreach & email Marketing.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Confident, professional, and independent working style with high\nownership.<\/span><\/span> Preferred\-<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prior experience working with US\-based clients or companies.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Background in Marketing, Inside Sales / SDR, Pre\-Sales, or\nCustomer Success roles.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Exposure to AI\-driven marketing\ntools and platforms.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in B2B, services, or industrial domains.<\/span><\/span>
