We are a high-growth company with 25,000+ global customers.The Senior Marketing Manager, AI is a strategic and hands-on marketing professional responsible for driving brand awareness, inbound lead strategy, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role owns the execution and optimization of Xtrm's marketing initiatives across content, digital advertising, marketing automation, analytics, and customer engagement channels while serving as the company's internal leader for AI-driven marketing and advising on Martech tool strategy. The ideal candidate combines strong growth marketing expertise with advanced knowledge of HubSpot, automation, agentic AI systems, and data-driven decision making to build scalable marketing programs that deliver measurable business results. Working closely with executive leadership, sales, product, and design teams, this individual will help position Xtrm as a leader in global fintech and payments while developing innovative, AI-first marketing processes that improve efficiency, accelerate growth, and support the company's long-term objectives.

MARKETING STRATEGY & DEMAND GENERATION

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership to support positioning, messaging, thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Manage content marketing, social media, email marketing, webinars, customer stories, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Identify new opportunities to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
  • Support alignment between marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams.

AI, MARTECH & AUTOMATION

  • Serve as Xtrm's internal AI marketing technology leader.
  • Design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows that improve marketing efficiency, scalability, and performance.
  • Develop and manage AI agents, Gemini Gems, custom GPTs, prompt libraries, and automation frameworks.
  • Evaluate, advise, and implement emerging AI and MarTech solutions that support business growth.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable automation.

HUBSPOT & MARKETING OPERATIONS

  • Own and administer HubSpot Marketing Hub and related marketing technology platforms.
  • Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, audience segmentation, lead scoring, nurture campaigns, and lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Ensure marketing systems support lead generation, attribution, reporting, and sales alignment.
  • Manage marketing assets, including landing pages, forms, email templates, and campaign infrastructure.

ANALYTICS & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline contribution.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into marketing ROI and business impact.
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve campaigns, content, automation, and overall marketing effectiveness.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working within SaaS, fintech, payments, technology, or other B2B environments.
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience managing social platforms, SEO, and AEO advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience building AI-powered workflows, automation, or agentic systems.
  • Experience with Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, custom GPTs, AI agents, or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of modern MarTech ecosystems, CRM platforms, analytics, and automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate during U.S. business hours when needed.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Experience in marketing fintech, embedded finance, payments, or SaaS solutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and technical product marketing.
  • Experience with attribution modeling and revenue reporting.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
