Senior Marketing Manager, GP Strategy, APAC

About this opportunity

The Marketing Manager, GP Strategy, APAC GP owns the commercial marketing strategy and execution for GP channel. The role builds market access and acquisition engines, defines and improves customer journey. You will lead all our recruitment and onboarding efforts to reach a wider dental opportunity and expand our customer base.


Key responsibilities

· Create and execute the APAC commercial marketing strategy to digitize GP practices and onboard GP to the Align portfolio & platform; translate strategy into pragmatic roadmaps and market-specific plans.


· Define customer journey programs for GP profiles, ensuring relevance and impact.


· Build and deploy messages, recruitment assets and toolkits with agencies and internal teams. Work with cross functional team to identify channel for awareness, lead nurturing path, lead funnel management and conversion.


· Lead commercialization effort and serve as APAC subject matter expert of tools and services that support the acquisition and onboarding of new GPs to Align, i.e. Go digital 2.0, TPS service and labrador.


· Oversee recruitment project efficiency and activation & adoption performance for Invisalign and iTero.


· Establish KPIs and reporting; Generate business insight from data and ensure up-to-date dashboards and accessibility of key information to stakeholders.


· Guide backend systems and data flows that support recruitment and conversion (e.g., SFDC, SFMC, EMT); drive ongoing optimization in partnership with operations and enablement.


· Partner with cross functional teams within the region and markets to ensure strategy alignment and plans and program execution.


· Gather insights from markets in APAC and across the globe to drive continuous improvements and strengthen execution for recruitment and onboarding.
Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is preferred.

· 8+ years of commercial/marketing in medical devices/equipment; dental industry experience is a plus.

· Demonstrated advanced analytical skills for business analysis;

· Strong project management skills, action orientated and accountable

· Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills across internal and external of all levels. Ability to clearly present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats.

· Experience in building acquisition engines and customer journeys is preferred.

· Fluent English required; Mandarin or Japanese proficiency is a plus.

· Willingness to travel across APAC (up to 30%).

Reports to: Director, Marketing, APAC GP & Labs Channel,

Works closely with: Country Commercial and Marketing teams, Operations, Sales Force Effectiveness, Training & Education, Services, Finance, Legal, QARA, and Global Product/Marketing.

Location

APAC hub or major market; flexible across selected APAC locations based on qualifications and experience.
