This is a strategic and high-impact marketing leadership role focused on driving growth and adoption across a specialized portfolio of IVF consumables used in assisted reproductive technologies. In this position, you will shape regional marketing strategies that influence product positioning, clinical adoption, and commercial success within IVF laboratories. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and R&D to translate scientific innovation into compelling commercial value. The role requires a strong blend of strategic marketing expertise and deep understanding of IVF clinical workflows. You will also play a key role in product launches, lifecycle management, and customer engagement with embryologists and lab directors. Accountabilities:
- Lead regional marketing strategy for IVF consumables, including segmentation, positioning, value proposition development, and market-driven portfolio strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
- Manage full product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions, product enhancements, portfolio optimization, and post-launch performance analysis.
- Drive go-to-market execution for new products, ensuring launch readiness through sales enablement tools, training materials, and customer-facing content.
- Identify and develop market growth opportunities based on clinical trends, customer insights, and assisted reproduction industry dynamics.
- Partner with Sales teams to support adoption and revenue growth through targeted campaigns, commercial tools, and product utilization initiatives.
- Engage directly with IVF lab professionals, embryologists, and key opinion leaders to gather insights and validate market needs.
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, and Quality teams to ensure compliance of all marketing claims and materials.
- Work with Operations and Supply Chain teams to support forecasting, inventory alignment, and product availability.
- Support digital marketing and analytics teams in executing campaigns and measuring performance outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of marketing experience in medical devices, biotechnology, diagnostics, or life sciences industries, with IVF or assisted reproductive technology exposure preferred.
- Strong understanding of IVF laboratory workflows, clinical environments, and consumable product applications.
- Proven experience managing technical product portfolios and leading successful product launches.
- Ability to translate complex scientific and clinical concepts into clear, compelling commercial messaging.
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams and leading complex, matrixed initiatives.
- Strong strategic planning, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience engaging with clinical stakeholders such as embryologists or key opinion leaders is highly valued.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to combine customer insights, clinical knowledge, and market data into actionable strategies.
