Senior Marketing Manager, School of Computing and Artificial Intelligence
- Promote the School's academic and professional programs by coordinating the School's marketing activities and social media presence.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the School.
- Support the implementation of the School's and the University's operational plans within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
- Prepare and monitor semi-annual and annual marketing budgets.
- Promote the academic, research, teaching, and other achievements of the School's faculty through marketing initiatives.
- Develop and oversee the quality and consistency of promotional and advertising materials.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships and partnerships with representatives of business, industry, government, and academic institutions.
- Prepare analytical reports on the outcomes of marketing campaigns for the Dean and the Administrative Director of the School.
- Organize and participate in the School's student recruitment campaigns.
- Manage online marketing activities, including social media management and content marketing.
- Develop and maintain the School's website, ensuring its content is regularly updated.
- Organize meetings with prospective students, students from other higher education institutions, and school students to provide information on admissions, academic regulations, educational processes, and student life at the University.
- Organize and participate in corporate events, team-building activities, and events conducted by the School.
- Participate in the development of contracts and supplementary agreements initiated by the School and monitor their implementation within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Participate in the identification, assessment, management, and monitoring of risks and the preparation of related reports within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Maintain official correspondence within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Dean, the Administrative Director of the School, and the University management within the scope of the position.
Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with English language of instruction;

Minimum of three years of experience.
Minimum of one year of experience if holding a master’s degree in a relevant field.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education;
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan related to marketing, including marketing principles, objectives, and marketing research methods;
- Experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds;
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations;
- Experience in drafting press releases;
- Knowledge of project management and budgeting;
- Proficiency in using personal computers and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office software applications.

- Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
