To plan, develop, execute,\nand manage high\-quality, cost\-effective marketing campaigns and communications\nfor Woolworths Financial Services (WFS). Continually seek to improve the\nefficiency and effectiveness of WFS Marketing. Ensure a consistent approach to\nthe implementation of the marketing campaigns across WFS.<\/span><\/span>

Marketing\nCampaign Development and Management<\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Develop effective marketing communications in achieving\ntheir marketing objectives.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Plan and execute marketing\ncampaigns that align with business and project objectives, utilizing channels\nsuch as direct marketing (email, SMS & In app), Digital (social media,\nsearch and display advertising), traditional media (radio, print) and any other\nsupport channels (internal and external).Planning: Develop\nintegrated campaign plans (objective, CVP, audience/segment, proposition,\nchannel mix, customer journey, timing, budget, and measurement approach) and\ntranslate them into clear workbacks and delivery milestones.<\/span><\/span>

  • Campaign briefing &\nscoping:<\/b> Translate business objectives into a clear campaign brief<\/span>

  • Analytics & Reporting:\nMonitor and analyse KPIs to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and\nprovide actionable insights for optimization and improvement.<\/span><\/span>

  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast\nof industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital\nmarketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to drive business\ngrowth.<\/span><\/span>

  • Develop and execute\nmarketing journeys, messaging, creative execution, best practice for marketing\ncampaigns.<\/span><\/span>

  • Seek continual improvement in marketing communication\nquality by ensuring campaigns are regularly reviewed and learning implemented.<\/span><\/span>

  • Work with\nrest of business and marketing team to develop and execute campaigns.<\/span><\/span>

  • Project\nmange the campaign execution and project updates to achieve performance.<\/span><\/span>

    • Campaign Management:\nDevelop and manage campaign timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on\nschedule and within budget.<\/span><\/span>

    • Ensuring\nmarketing communications are product aligned, message on brand, and adhere to\nall regulatory & budgetary requirements & considerations.<\/span><\/span>

    • Effective\nallocation, monitoring, and control of the campaign budget.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Manage\nthe impact of all communication messages to the entire customer base \u2013\nawareness of reputational risk.<\/span><\/span>

      Relationship\nand Stakeholder Management<\/span><\/span><\/b>

      • Develop\nrelationships with key colleagues and stakeholders across Woolworths, WFS and\nother business units to ensure customer focus and campaigns that meet business\nrequirements.<\/span><\/span>

                • 5+ years\u2019 experience in developing and delivering world class\nmarketing communications campaigns, Direct Marketing and Campaign Management\nand associated tools (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
