Senior Massage Therapist & Reflexologist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality foot reflexology, back, shoulder, and full body massage services to clients in a professional open-concept establishment environment.

• Assess client needs and health conditions before treatment to adjust massage pressures and deployment techniques safely.

• Educate clients on available therapy services and wellness practices tailored to their physical conditions.

• Maintain clean, sanitized, and tidy treatment seating and massage bed areas following strict health and hygiene standards.

• Build positive relationships and maintain excellent customer service satisfaction standards.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a recognized technical certification or diploma in massage therapy/reflexology (e.g., ITEC, CIBTAC, WSQ, or equivalent technical certificates).

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in deep tissue, body massage, or foot reflexology.

• Excellent customer service attitude and positive work performance mindset.

• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on operational rosters.
