Senior Motion Designer

About the Company

They build the infrastructure that helps companies understand and control how they appear across AI-generated experiences — the layer where brands are now discovered, trusted, and chosen. In less than 18 months they've reached significant ARR, signed Fortune 500 clients, and closed a major funding round led by top-tier investors. They're now building a dedicated marketing site squad in Buenos Aires, and this is one of the first creative hires into it.

The Role

This is a Senior Motion Designer role within the marketing site squad — a new, dedicated team focused entirely on the public-facing web presence: landing pages, institutional site, campaign pages, and everything visitors see before they ever touch the product.

You'll work alongside a Visual Designer and a Frontend Engineer, and be one of the first people defining how this company moves and feels to the world. Motion here isn't decoration — it's part of how the product communicates. The bar is high: they want animation that feels intentional, earned, and impossible to ignore.

This is not a pure execution role. You need to bring creative direction to every decision: what to animate, when to hold still, and how motion can make a page more convincing — not just more impressive.

What You'll Do

  • Own motion design for the marketing site end to end — from concept to production-ready specs

  • Create animations, transitions, and interactive moments that make the site feel alive without slowing it down

  • Collaborate closely with the Visual Designer to make sure motion and visual language speak the same language

  • Work directly with frontend engineers to make sure what you design is what gets built — with precision

  • Contribute to the visual identity of the public site: how the brand moves, not just how it looks

  • Move fast: explore multiple directions, get to high-fidelity quickly, ship and iterate

  • Know when motion adds value and when it gets in the way — restraint is part of the craft

Who You Are

  • You have solid experience in motion design for web — marketing sites, product launches, campaign pages — not just video or social

  • Your portfolio shows animation that feels purposeful: it communicates something, not just moves something

  • You understand how motion connects to brand and visual design — you can work from a visual system and extend it into motion

  • You obsess over the details: timing curves, easing, duration — you feel the difference between good and great

  • You're comfortable handing off to engineers: you know how to document motion specs and have shipped animations that actually made it into production

  • You work independently and make decisions without waiting for every detail to be defined

  • You're comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and speed matters

Nice to Have

  • Experience prototyping directly in code (CSS animations, GSAP, Framer, Rive, or similar)

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or tech company marketing sites

  • Experience using AI tools in your design workflow
