Position Overview: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

The Sr. Officer for the AI for All initiative in Hyderabad will be\nresponsible for leading capacity\-building efforts for teachers and ensuring\nhigh\-quality delivery of the AI curriculum in classrooms. This includes\nfacilitating teacher trainings, conducting classroom observations, customizing\nlearning activities to the local context, and providing pedagogical support for\nlow\-resource environments, effective classroom engagement, and teacher\nconfidence.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
1.Teacher Training and Support<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Conduct structured\n training sessions for school teachers on Basic and Advanced AI curriculum\n modules, including tools like OCR, speech\-to\-speech translation, object\n recognition, and image generation.<\/span>
<\/li>
Support teachers\n in lesson planning and classroom delivery, simplifying AI concepts for\n students with minimal digital exposure.<\/span>
<\/li>
Provide continuous\n mentorship through school visits, calls, and group sessions, addressing\n challenges and offering practical classroom strategies.<\/span>
<\/li>
Evaluate teacher\n progress through informal assessments and observation, refining training\n content to meet evolving needs.<\/span>

2.Curriculum Delivery and Adaptation<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Ensure AI content\n is delivered in an engaging, hands\-on manner aligned with NEP 2020 and NCF\n 2023.<\/span>
<\/li>
Design and adapt classroom\n activities that contextualize AI through real\-life examples and local\n relevance.<\/span>
<\/li>
Support teachers\n in integrating practical applications of AI into regular subjects to\n improve student understanding and enthusiasm.<\/span>

3.Project Coordination and Monitoring<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Collaborate with\n the Project Coordinator and Field Officers to ensure smooth curriculum\n rollout.<\/span>
<\/li>
Participate in planning\n and logistics for training sessions, Chip Camps, and career awareness\n events.<\/span>
<\/li>
Maintain detailed school\-level\n records including teacher participation, session feedback, and learning\n outcomes.<\/span>
<\/li>
Conduct regular observation\n visits to ensure high\-quality curriculum delivery and share feedback for\n program refinement.<\/span>

4.Data Collection and Reporting<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Track teacher\n performance, session effectiveness, and classroom engagement using defined\n templates and tools.<\/span>
<\/li>
Contribute to monthly\n and quarterly reporting by documenting learnings, highlights, and\n implementation challenges.<\/span>
<\/li>
Assist in generating\n insights for program iteration, scaling, and curriculum enhancement.<\/span>

5.Stakeholder Engagement<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Build and sustain relationships\n with school leaders, teachers, and government education officials to\n ensure teacher participation and program continuity.<\/span>
<\/li>
Represent the\n training and classroom support aspects of the program in local review\n meetings and teacher clusters.<\/span>
<\/li>
Provide inputs to\n the project team on teacher and school readiness, support needs, and\n community\-level dynamics.<\/span>

6.Resource and Content Support<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Guide effective\n use of AI toolkits, tablets, and digital materials provided to schools.<\/span>
<\/li>
Support teachers\n and students in using beginner\-friendly, open\-source AI tools,\n troubleshooting issues where needed.<\/span>
<\/li>
Coordinate with\n the project team to ensure timely delivery and availability of learning\n materials.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Desired Qualification:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering,\n Information Technology, STEM, or a related field.<\/span>
<\/li>
3\u20135 years of experience in teacher training, content delivery, or\n education program implementation preferably in STEM, technology domains or\n vocational subjects.<\/span>
<\/li>
Prior experience working in government or low\-resource schools is\n strongly preferred.<\/span>
<\/li>
Hands\-on familiarity with AI tools and platforms suited for\n educational use (e.g., OCR tools, image/speech recognition apps,\n translation tools).<\/span>
<\/li>
Knowledge of the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and National\n Curriculum Framework (NCF 2023) is an advantage.<\/span>
<\/li>
Comfortable conducting both group workshops and one\-on\-one\n mentoring.<\/span>
<\/li>
Skilled in Google Workspace, Excel, and basic reporting tools<\/span>
<\/li>
Fluency in Telegu (spoken and written) and\n working knowledge of English and Hindi.<\/span><\/span>
