Senior Officer (Communications) - Video Producer & Editor

The Video Producer will lead end\-to\-end video creation, from field shoots to final edits, enabling powerful storytelling through films, interviews, short\-form content and documentation.
This role is critical for capturing on\-ground impact and leadership narratives.

1.Plan and execute video shoots at:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Program locations<\/span>

• Events and\n workshop<\/span><\/span>

  2.Editing & Post\-Production including basic\ngraphic designing work:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

  Edit videos for:<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Social media\n (short\-form and reels)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Website and\n reports<\/span>

  • Presentations and\n screenings<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Add basic motion\n graphics, subtitles and sound design

        • Comfortable shooting\n independently in the field<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Willingness to travel and\n work flexible hours <\/span>
