We are now seeking a Senior Officer – Human Resources to join our team.


What you’ll do...

  • Independently handle core HR functions, including compensation and benefits, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Provide support to talent acquisition/recruitment activities as needed.

  • Prepare and analyze key HR reports, such as staff movement, manpower costing, and budgeting, utilizing data tools to provide clear insights.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including onboarding and offboarding formalities, benefits administration, and accurate data maintenance.

  • Assist in implementing HR projects and independently execute assigned deliverables from time to time.

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.


You will thrive in the role if you...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience.

  • Good understanding of HR principles, processes, and systems (experience with Workday is a strong plus).

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Skilled in Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, strong analytical thinking, good problem-solving, and solid interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
