Senior Officer, IT (E-commerce)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in IT, Business studies, e-Commerce or other relevant ones.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce or related experience is preferred.
• Result-oriented, multi-tasking and independent with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Good team player with leadership.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage work against project timelines, and among the needs with different stakeholders.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in E-Commerce operations (O2O) by working/monitoring on-site.
• Manage E-Commerce platform enhancements, include ad hoc projects and all channel development
• Working closely with the operation team, digital marketing team and logistic team as well as call center team to ensure smooth E-Commerce
• development
• Provide training and support to end-users on e-commerce systems and processes
• Ramp up project team to coordinate the communication and operation mechanism of relevant project stakeholders
• Assist in conduct user acceptance testing and quality assurance of e-commerce features and functionalities
• Incidents/work requests management with regular analysis
