Senior/ Officer, Sales Support

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Account Manager with day-to-day client servicing and account management activities

  • Maintain and track client data, and prepare regular reports for review by the Account Manager

  • Support the preparation of contracts, proposals, quotations, eDMs, and presentations for both prospective and existing clients

  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate and support account management activities

  • Assist with billing and invoicing matters to ensure accuracy and timely processing

  • Support tender submissions and renewal processes by compiling required documents and information

  • Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Account Managers to ensure the smooth operation of the Account Management team

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level with at least 2 years of working experience
