Senior Online Reputation Executive
The Role:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Online Reputation Executive to lead the execution of our Group's Online Reputation Management strategy, safeguarding and strengthening our brand's credibility, visibility, and trust across digital channels. You will play a key role in monitoring, risk mitigation, content remediation, and performance analysis ensuring our reputation remains resilient in both steady-state and crisis situations.
Main responsibilities:
Drive the execution of the ORM strategy, ensuring sustained improvement of the Group's online reputation, credibility, and visibility
Oversee the monitoring, tracking, and moderation of the brand's reputation across search engines, blogs, social communities, review websites, and online forums
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential reputation risks and crises, playing a key role in managing online incidents and negative publicity
Lead analysis of ORM performance data and metrics, delivering regular reports and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Develop and oversee review invitation initiatives, driving client feedback volume and quality to support the Group's online reputation
Partner closely with cross-functional departments, including Regulatory Compliance, to ensure consistent, compliant, and aligned brand messaging
Develop and execute media plans supporting ORM efforts and coordinate with media partners for effective and timely delivery
Identify and manage relationships with external vendors to support the brand's online reputation
Monitor competitors' ORM strategies and positioning, identifying opportunities, threats, and best practices
Coach, develop, and motivate team members, setting clear targets and providing regular performance feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation
Stay up to date with the latest ORM trends and best practices, proactively proposing enhancements to improve the Group's online profile
Main requirements:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities
Proven experience in fintech, online trading or a similar industry
Proven experience in review site moderation and ORM strategies
Hands-on experience with social listening tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or similar platforms
Proven experience liaising with media partners and agencies
Strong analytical and data reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Sound judgment when handling sensitive online content, escalations, or reputational risks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
