Partnerships and Alliances Professional

We\nare seeking high\-performing Partnerships & Alliances\nProfessional<\/b> to build and scale our partner ecosystem across MEA \u2014 with an initial\nfocus on the GCC and large African markets. This is a strategic and\nrevenue\-impacting role involving both partner development and partner\-led sales\nexecution.<\/span><\/span>

You\nwill recruit, enable, and manage partnerships with consulting firms, system\nintegrators, distributors, cloud Hyperscalers, and complementary FinTech\nsolution providers to create pipeline and close software license deals across\nlending and transaction banking.<\/span><\/span>

  • Partner Recruitment\n& Development:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Identify, onboard,\nand activate high\-potential partners across MEA, with an initial focus on those\nthat can source or influence opportunities at customers.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Go\-to\-Market\nLeadership:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Build joint value\npropositions, sales plays, and go\-to\-market plans that position FinnOne Neo and\nFinnAxia for success in Tier 1/2 banks, Islamic banks, digital banks, and\nNBFIs.<\/span><\/span>

  • Pipeline Generation\n& Deal Influence:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Work closely with\npartners to source, qualify, and jointly pursue opportunities; drive\npartner\-led and partner\-influenced deal cycles to closure.<\/span><\/span>

  • <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Partner Enablement:<\/span><\/span><\/b> In collaboration with Nucleus\u2019s solution and\ntechnology specialists, equip partners with product knowledge, sales training,\npitch materials, and competitive positioning to increase win rates.<\/span><\/span>

  • Internal\nCollaboration:<\/span><\/span><\/b> Work closely with\nSales, Pre\-Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on partner\nstrategy and execution.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Profile & Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • 8+ years of\nexperience in partnerships and alliances, sales, or business development within\nfinancial technology or enterprise software vendors.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proven track record\nof building and scaling partner ecosystems in MEA on the back of relationships\nacross consulting firms, SIs, Hyperscalers, and FinTech solution providers,\ncoupled with executive communication skills and cross\-cultural fluency.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Deep understanding\nof the MEA banking landscape and demonstrated success in influencing and\nclosing enterprise software deals (preferably in lending or transaction\nbanking).<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to operate\nwith high autonomy and collaborate with geographically dispersed internal teams.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Must already be\nbased in Dubai with valid work authorization, and readiness and ability to\ntravel as needed.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
