Senior People Business Partner
Senior People Business Partner, BIM
APM Terminals has embarked on an exciting global growth journey. Building on our extensive industry experience and internationally recognized operational standards, we are shaping a best-in-class implementation setup, combining clear, optimized processes with an agile, forward-looking team. Our success is driven by a strong commitment to LEAN methodologies, embedding continuous improvement into every aspect of our operations.
Our People function—and the broader People agenda—sits at the heart of APM Terminals growth strategy and agenda. Senior People Business Partner plays a pivotal global role that goes far beyond traditional HR partnering. In this role, you will lead HR due diligence activities worldwide, contribute to business case development for M&A and greenfield/brownfield opportunities, support organizational design and effectiveness initiatives, and help shape our global organizational standards and models. You will also contribute to financial assumptions related to workforce planning and be a core member of teams driving new business acquisitions and integrations. Ultimately, you will steer the People dimension of major terminal development and acquisition projects—from concept and design through execution—to ensure smooth transitions, scalable workforce models, and long-term business impact.
To thrive in this role, you will bring not only broad HR expertise but also strong experience in business development, project management, change management, and data-driven decision-making. In close partnership with the Head of People Function, Business Implementation (BIM), you will take ownership of multiple investment cases from a People perspective, contributing to a range of new business opportunities as well as eight major ongoing global execution projects.
