Job Description
Nine has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Performance & Reward Advisor to join our People & Culture team! In this role, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to the Performance & Reward function.
You will ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day reward and performance processes, maintaining accuracy in data management, supporting annual reward cycles, and responding to employee and stakeholder inquiries. The Advisor acts as a first point of contact for routine reward queries, contributing to an equitable and transparent employee experience.
Day to day you will:
Operational & Policy Support: Administer remuneration programs (benefits, incentives, salary maintenance) and support the development and improvement of reward policies and guidelines.
Data & Analytics: Maintain HRIS/Workday data integrity, generate performance and reward reports, and provide data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking for non-executive roles and perform pay equity analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a first point of contact for reward queries and partner with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and People Experience teams to resolve operational issues.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all reward practices adhere to internal governance and legislative requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with remuneration trends and AI/automation tools to enhance functional processes.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in a Reward Advisory role within a professional environment.
Comprehensive understanding of remuneration principles, market benchmarking methodologies, and benefits administration.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear and actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and HRIS systems; familiarity with Workday is highly desirable.
High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data-heavy tasks.
