SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and committed Senior Physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) and sports rehabilitation to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a senior therapist who takes pride in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and is motivated to guide patients through both injury recovery and post-operative rehabilitation.
You will manage a diverse caseload of MSK and sports injury patients while contributing to a strong culture of clinical excellence and patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions
- Design and implement individualised rehabilitation programmes, including post-operative protocols
- Deliver hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and functional rehabilitation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management, and return-to-sport strategies
Professional Standards
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Adhere to clinic protocols, safety standards, and professional ethical guidelines
- Participate in regular case discussions and clinical reviews
Team Contribution
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, doctors, and allied health professionals
- Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment
- Mentor junior therapists where appropriate and share clinical knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in MSK and/or sports physiotherapy
- Strong interest and experience in post-operative rehabilitation
- Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy
- AHPC Registered
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Confident in exercise-based rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques. Dry needling qualification is welcomed
- Self-motivated, responsible, and committed to delivering high standards of care
