Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and modify treatment strategies to maximize recovery.
• Deliver high-quality manual therapy techniques and create effective therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and the importance of long-term health maintenance.
• Mentor and support junior staff by providing clinical guidance and promoting best practices.

Requirements

• Relevant educational qualifications in the healthcare or therapy field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing treatment plans.
• Strong skills in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription.
• Ability to evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and mentor staff.
