Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of exceptional care for musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions to improve patient outcomes
• Mentor and support junior physiotherapists to enhance their clinical skills and professional development
• Develop and refine clinical practices, protocols, and workflows to ensure high-quality, efficient care
• Build and maintain a strong patient caseload through active community and professional engagement
• Participate in clinic-wide case discussions, clinical education sessions, and strategic planning initiatives
• Uphold professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care standards across all clinic locations
• Adapt to rotating across clinic sites and lead clinical teams as required to meet operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• AHPC-Registered Physiotherapist

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in private practice or leadership roles
• Demonstrated clinical excellence in patient assessment and treatment with ongoing commitment to professional development
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively mentor and inspire team collaboration
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to build and sustain a loyal patient base
