Senior Physiotherapist
The Senior Physiotherapist will lead the Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Centre in Bengaluru, providing clinical leadership and delivering evidence\-based neurological rehabilitation services. The role includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, mentoring junior therapists, coordinating multidisciplinary care, supporting community\-based rehabilitation, maintaining high standards of clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to organizational protocols, and contributing to staff training, program development, monitoring, and continuous quality improvement.

\u2022 Master\u2019s degree in Physiotherapy (MPT\- Neurology) 2\-3 years\u2019 experience/ BPT 5 years\u2019 Experience.<\/span>

<\/li><\/ul>\u2022 Prior experience in Neuro rehabilitation, SCI rehabilitation, or disability rehabilitation preferred.<\/span>
<\/p>\u2022 Proficiency in clinical documentation and rehabilitation outcome tools like SCIM, WHO\-QOL, and EPUAP score.<\/span>
